    COOOL !! Thats what it is !! : ) lol ...goniopora, yes..which one..no clue...but I do love the texture..sweet looking piece !

    lol, sorry to say some of the stuff I buy is from Petco, but they never have the labels correct or some kid that works their asking me “ what do you think it is” lol. I may not know what it is, but I know what it’s not. They had this guy labeled as a plat coral for 15.00. So I bought the "plate coral" for 15.00 dollar.;)

    When I go to My local real reef store I normally buy from the frag tank, sometimes they know what the frag is, sometime they just know what family it belongs to.

    I also keep a detail list of all the corals I had/have down to the given name with pictures for my niece and nephew to learn. They like to show off that they know the names and type(sps,lps,etc) of the different types of coral to the family when they come over. Start them young.:thumb_up:

    I still question how Petco keeps their saltwater stuff alive :p Nice find :)
