    Below is a picture of these white pineapple/pod looking things. The have a round body with little dusters coming out of the top of them (kinda like a pineapple). They are attached to the rocks on one side of my tank, are they coral, algae or something else that is gonna hatch and cause havoc on my tank. Please let me know if they should be removed?

    Nightstick these look like tunicates/ sea squirts to me and also some sponges
    harmless filter feeders if my ID is correct

    Are these going to pose a threat to my reef? Should I remove them?

    yep..pineapple sponge..they'll be everywhere before you know it! they're harmless though

    they are fine. filter feeders and will actually help your tank. good luck

    pineapple sponges, i have a bunch, they will limit themselvs in time.
