There must be a 100-200 of these in my tank since yesterday.

Known inhabitants of my tank include but are NOT limited to (possible unknowns):

Brittle starfish, stomatella, (2)hermit crabs, bristleworms (I've seen 2 meaning there are probably 29), (3)aiptasia (known), (15-20) featherdusters, a couple of what look like very small shrimp.

These sort of resemble copepods to me but I can't be sure. They have a distinctive main body with a small(er) "tail". Relative to their size, they move quickly. They are all over every wall.

Thanks for any and everyone's help in advance. Nothing has really changed in the passed week or so. I did a 3gal. water change yesterday with RO/DI water and salt.

That's what my instinct was. That's great news. I'll be sure to give them plenty of time to populate my tank. I want a healthy number that can sustain itself. Thanks for the quick response!
