    Can someone ID this. It is all over the overflow and inside the sum. More and more everyday. The white spots on the class and the pipes.

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    I see pineapple sponges, common in sumps and other sponges.

    Oh yeah, I didn't even see the larger yellow ones. I just saw the small white dots. Don't those look like nerite snail eggs?

    Yeah they do but they also look like Serpulidae worms, with calcareous growth.
    Most likely suspects in a sump are Pineapple sponges and other assorted sponges and Serpulidae worms and Feather duster types.

    I would leave them in there they don't hurt anything and are great filter feeders.
