    Also, do you have any corals because those ones look like they are hungry.

    4 mushrooms (slowly dying from ich treatment) and a small frag of zoas which are happy as a clam (for now).

    Im not an expert but I be thats where they came from. There have been examples of Flatworms borrowing into zoas buts its rare. You could use flatworm exit to kill them.

    They have been there for awhile. What threat to they pose to my system?

    They have specialized diets,they could eat anything from algae to your coral,depending on the species.Most are harmless,some can be holy terrors that are toxic and/or feed on certain corals.Many people use flatworm exit to get rid of them but it's a process that needs researched before just treating the tank.Killing too many toxic ones at once can be harmful for the tank.

    those are planeria. Irradication is nessary for ashtetic purposes.
