    Hard to say from the picture. Looks like some kind of gastropod/mollusk (I think I saw a radula). Does it have a shell or is it more "sluggish". If you could post some more pictures (maybe try taking it out of the tank to get clearer pictures) some more accurate identification might be easier.

    Looks like a stomatella to me. Harmless algae grazers.

    After looking at the last picture... although it doesn't look exactly like a limpet, it might be a related organism.
