IDs with pics?

hi people, my tank is still cycling..been up for about 2.5 weeks, put in 40kgs of live rock and was just wondering about some IDs of things growing on the rock, if there good or bad and also an ID of a scallop looking thing. when i come home late at night and turn the lights on in my room i see the scallop thing with the bright red and white lips out in the open being quite active but never see it during the day, as well as the larger red scallop(?) there are 2 smaller ones which only have white and clear lips/tentacles. the other photos arent the best but in one there are little green things growing, the blue thing in the other photo i only noticed recently.
also wondering if any of these will survive the cycle.
my ammonia is nearly undetectable but other paramaters are still high. thanks guys

 

ammonia is the real killer. if they survived the nh3 spike they will most likely be ok.

 

looks like you have some zoas in the 2nd pic and then some mushrooms in 3rd pic others are blury.
