    My sebae clown and r.grama got into a territory misunderstanding... the grama won ...crazy huh?
    His right propel fin is 2/3 of the way gone. Hes seams to be fine. I know fins generally dont grow back ....but ....will his?

    fins will grow back but it takes a few months

    His fin will probably grow back since he was healthy before the "incident". I have 3 firefish and two of them ganged up on the other one and ripped his dorsal and pectoral fins to shreds, a month and a half ago. They both have grown back and he looks good as new. Good luck.

    Thank you both for the encouragement. k++ to you both. I felt bad for the little dude. Gramas are usually timid but curious. Mine is like a diva or something!

    They were placed in at the same time, about 9 months ago. The clowns are always happy ...the large once swims in upside-down loops. Shes a side show when I have people over.

    I'm going to get a royal gramma and a pair of clowns...not sure what kind. Didnt know which to put in 1st, clowns or gramma.

    Hmmm strange battle there, agreed with everyone else, Most of the time fins will grow back, Ive had some grow back with in days, some of my more fragile fish have taken 2-3 months to fully grow them back.

    Sorry to hear bout the fish though :(

    My Gold Bar Clown had a Red Sea Tang chomp on his fines...got rid of the Tang as he was too big for the 65...but the Clown grew his fins back fast, like a month max

    Try not to stress the fish until he/she is recouped
