Just a Lil bit about me. I'm new reefing but not to saltwater. I used to have a few tanks, mostly predator tanks. I got out cause needed room but now I have more room so I'm back in but gonna try reefing this time. Here is my setup. I bought this used for a good price. It is a 55 gallon with a 20 gallon sump. The tank is drilled in middle with overflow and has 2 returns one on each side. It has 4 24" PCs for lighting 260 Watts total, which I might change out. I have chaeto in refugium part of sump and I have a remora c pro skimmer on the way that a friend is giving me. I have@3-4" sand bed mixed live and dead and some live rock with a few polyps on it. There are 2 Cromis fish in the tank. Tank has been running for@6 Weeks. After it cycled, about 4.5 Weeks when everything finally zeroed out, I bought the cromis to add more bioload. Every week since I have been doing 5 gallon water change, I have done this 2 times so far. I'm really only wanting to keep zoas, a few softies, and some lps. I don't think I'm going sps. The fish I would like to have is a flame angel or coral beauty, I know I can only have one of these, a pair of clowns, some kind of goby or Blenny to sift sand, and the 2 fish that is already in there. I have small clean up crew in there now. Willi that's about all I can think of at this moment. Btw I'm James.
