yeah it made a really big difference in how easy it is to get good pics, I dont get nearly as many bad ones, I only spent like $20 on a Kodak tripod and it works for my digi still camera and my digi camcorder

Well noticed I had a flood of micro-bubbles all day today and finally tracked down the issue to being the venturi valve on the skimmer, cleaned it up and running as good as new again

well have a GHA and cyano bloom starting, just used a baster to blow off the cyano so it's all in the skimmer cup now set everything to wet skim and now I guess I need to find something to mow down all this GHA, only have 1 turbo left and noone locally ever gets them anymore

Good reason, Just noticed my PO4 reactor was barely moving any water through it at all, the top sponge filter in it was clogged, just cleaned it all up and replaced the media in it so hopefully that will help clear this up soon

after just a couple of days it's already noticeably dying off, I'm going to change all my bulbs to, looking at going with the new UVL Ultra actinic and 75/25 mixs, a LFS here has some of the 75/25's and they have a pinkish hue to them to offset the deep blue of the new actinic bulbs, I'm going to go back up there Thursday and see how his corals are responding after a week under the new bulbs then decide from there on going with those or sticking with the supers and 50/50 bulbs

    New bulbs today

Got all new bulbs today, UVL Super Actinic x4 White Actinic x2 and 75/25 x2

Front to back it's this pattern

    blue
    blue
    white
    75/25
    75/25
    white
    blue
    blue

Colors on the corals are really popping and looking good so far, LFS I started using became a UVL dealer about a month ago he switched from Geisman and I didnt realize it, got me the bulbs for the same price as online 18.99 each for all 8 and threw in a free shroom frag lol
The 75/25's are really really white, noticably brighter than the white actinics give the entire tank about a 12k tint I'd guess
