    I've not had any experience with them at all, but my LFS owner said to not waste money on one of these as they are a pain in the @$$ to clean/maintain. He said they don't do much for skimming and more often than not they break.
    If some one has had a good experience with these, please feel free to chime in. My bf was looking at one for his own tank, but decided against it after hearing this.

    Dont skimp on da skimmer man, you can find good used ones on Craigslist pretty often for a bit more.

    Always welcome Pip. DaDaAtlanta is very right, you can find all kinds of really nice SW stuff on CL. I've only spent about $300 on all of my stuff which would have been about $800 new because I bought used. Make sure nothing has been copper treated though.
