    I have seen lots of amphipods but they resemble shrimp much more then this. So this is what copepods look like? I thought they would be smaller

    With the way he was moving, the shadow produced, and the speed, I would say it is a fish.

    If it was a copepod it would be very tiny. If it was an amphipod it would moved more like a shrimp and have a different body shape.
