    I agree on the bristle worm call.... hard to tell from the video... does it have little centipede-like "bristles" sticking out from the sides? If so, bristle for sure.

    THat is an opinion question.... many think they are bad.... many don't mind them being in their tank. I prefer NOT. I'd get rid of it.

    They are a part of the CUC, so they are good. Their numbers are controlled by the amount of detritus available.

    Anyone who thinks that they are bad are are uninformed. They are very important to the ecology of you tank, without them your tank would soon become over run with uneaten food and stuff.

    They also aid in removal the stuff that dies that you cannot reach or find when it dies, if its not eaten it can pollute the tank.

    They can be controlled by not over feeding your tank because the more food there is the more they reproduce.
