Is this safe?

    So I just set up my 40b and noticed this on the top and bottom rim of the plastic, it's pretty much at the same area (in the center). Just wondering if anyone else got this or not. It looks like if you run your finger across it there would be a bump there but there isn't. It's smooth and flat all the way through. I don't know what to do and don't know if I should just take out the water, rock, and sand before this becomes a big problem. There are no leaks in the tank, I leak tested it for a full day before setting it up. The water that is in there now has been sitting there for a good 3 days now. Thanks in advance!

    I think you should be fine, some tanks dont even have the black plastic around right,
