From memory I think my stand is 38 to 40" high but would have to measure this evening. I do not use any MDF or particle board in any of my stands or canopies. The exterior skins are hardwood plywood like oak, the trim is solid oak and the top and bottom of the stand bases are exterior grade plywood. The stand glued and screwed with galvanized deck screws then sealed and coated with white epoxy paint. The skins, trim and doors are all stained then coated with a minimum of 5 coats of exterior grade satin spar varnish or polyurethane inside and out. The inside of the canopy is coated with white epoxy paint to reflect lighting not that it really does anything though.
