Just received my WP 25 in the mail and immediately placed it in the tank. WOW!!!! What an amazing sand storm! My initial impressions of the thing are good. It clearly moves a ton of water and it appears to be well made. For the moment i have it in reef mode and will wait for the cloud from the sand storm to dissipate so i can better asses the flow through the tank. Much quieter than the Koralias i had on a wave maker on my last tank. No clicking!!! ;D It appears as if this may be the only pump i will need on my 60 cube unless i find dead spots that i can't get rid of. If that occurs i suppose i'll get a wp 10 to handle it. Can t beat the price on this thing…..hope it s reliable. Anyone had one for a significant period of time?

I have had one for about 5 months now. Works great but clean the impeller regularly or the flow will drop dramatically. I only use else mode on my 46 gallon along with the light sensor. I am thinking about getting a WP10 for my 30 gallon too.

I've had mine running on my 45 gallon cube since Christmas and it's still working well. My tank dimensions are the same as a 60 gallon, just shorter. I think you should be fine with just one wp25 ;)

I got two of these WP25s on my 55 tall and they are amazing. As Dyonopses1 stated, normal cleaning of them will maintain that great flow. I have mine set on the lowest S1. Since i'm kinda lazy, as the flow starts to decrease because of the slime build up, i start increasing the setting. Once I get to the highest setting and flow starts decreasing, I finally clean it out lol. Had mine running for several months no issues.

Got a wp25 on my 65 (36x18x24) and it does a good job for the size it is, like everyone else is saying it needs to be cleaned regularly, mine needs it about every 2 months.

    I have 2x40s and 1x60 on my 72x36x36 fowlr.
The 2 40s have been in there since July, I just popped the 60 in there in January, now I run 1x40 and the 60 during the day and the other 40 on its lowest setting at night on its own.
God I love these and they move tons of water.
