    That's a good way, check your nitrate and phosphate levels and look for flow dead zones they can make it hard to control the algae.

    yeah my nitrites and nitrates are 0 but i don't have a phosphate test yet so that is probably the cause.

    i need to get another koralia but i have been using a turkey baster to clear out dead zones.

    Good job, find out where those are and you will be able to defeat it possibly.

    How does the fuge water return to the pump section?

    well theres 5 holes below the waterline that drain the fuge into the pump section

    Just wanted to warn you about some aptasia in a few of your photos. You should get that out asap, but don't pop them.

    I like your tank and the openness of it. :) You should clean your glass. ;) lol nice pic your fish & sorry to here about your sump and one clown.

    the glass is clean now i just don't have pictures :)
    and i got the new sump in so it's good to go.

    thanks about the clown, i was kinda bummed i don't have a pair now but i got the blenny instead
