    I used to keep some of that 'rock weed' in my nano hex a few years back. I need to get to Japan. 8) That is cool.

    I remember seeing a whole series of planted marine aquariums, I thought it was here...

    Did anyone notice in the second picture that nice stand of feather caulerpa?


    My tangs would LOVE that tank. Love it to death;D

    I think ill make my new tank like that :eek: I bet he dumps solidified nitrates in there as a supplement :p!

    i think when i redo my tank, ( modify the built in sump into more display area)
    im going to some shaving brush plants and some of those calce something plants lol.
    the ones that dont grow fast and dont spread. hehehe.

    should help with the aquascape and keep the phos and nitrates in check.
    very cool diff aspect to saltwater aqauriums.

    That's what I am getting out. An aquarium like this has to have different demands than a normal reef aquarium. Iron?
