i use JL all the way out here too. their customer service and delivery dates are spot on. and i like their prices compared to my lfs.

Thanks. I've been using J&L since I started this crazy hobby. Just got my Tek 8 54 W T-5 hood from them. They don't pack mangroves anymore though. They always seem to have fairly reasonable prices as well, and now its only 3 hours rather then the 12 1/2.

 

wow jason reading this whole thread was amazing. the ups and downs must have been an emotional rollercoaster. way to not give up!

i had to laugh about your your wife saying that the neighbours would think you had a grow-op. living in BC, i can see why they would think so.

JL aquatics and ocean aquatics are great places to shop. I can only thank jason for introducing me to both these shops when i first started reefing and 3reefing. with both being less than a 30 min drive, its a blessing. Thanks buddy

 

Well, it's been about a year now. How's the tank doing? We haven't seen many posts on it lately... :-/ Is it still up & running?

 

Oh ya Still up and running. Slowly working my way back into SPS. Work has been very crazy lately. I'm still around and reading posts. Just keeping a low profile.

so I've been watching a red Monti cap and a Sun Set Monti since Christmas. Monitoring growth and over all health and have found that everything seems OK. So today I picked up 2 Bali aquacultured pieces. Lets hope this is the beginning of the rebuild
