Thanks, those are the only high end zoas I've ever bought. I usually don't go for the names but these are so beautiful. I started with 6 and now have about 11 polyps, 3 weeks later. They are growing quickly.

the palys are amazing. I bought them as a brown paly but when I got them home, they had extremely pink "sparkles" in them. They turned out to be a real gem. I like them. The efflo is also looking really nice. When I had my gfo mishap, the body of the efflo turned a tan color with a green hue. The tips kept their purple. It's a really cool looking piece. I've heard they are slow growers but this one is really taking off. I'll try to get better pics of it when I get home from work.

That's the "name" of the coral, not what he paid for his frag ;) You can google search the origin of the name if you are bored.

LOL yeah the original colony was like 500 or something like that. It's still not a cheap coral but definately not $500.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Great stuff stuff Daniel.

Happy to see the Efflo was not too affected by the recent episode.

    Cyphestrea is encrusting nicely.

Yeah, no more GFO for me. Just heavy skimming, changing socks every 3 days and discarding the used ones, and water changes.
