The quickest way (I've found) to get rid of aiptasia is to boil some water and use a syringe or dropper to squirt boiling water right into the aiptasia. Works wonderfully and you aren't adding any chemicals to your tank. Someone on 3reef recommended that method and I must vouch for it, it is so great! Like Dennis said definitely DEFINITELY don't try to pick them off or do anything to disturb them. If you don't kill them immediately (if you stress them in any way or poke them) they will multiply like crazy.

 

Boiling works well, but if it doesn't work for you; Joe's Juice erradicates it really quickly.
