    ok....this is going to sound absolutely rediculous, but can you eat the skin of a kiwi, im about to eat one right now, but cant remember if the skin is bad for you or not, anyone know?

    As far as I know, the skin of fruits and what not are actually supposed to be the best part (highest in vitamins etc). Not sure how good thats gonna taste though. Good luck gettin the hairy skin of that down;D

    kiwi skin is actually good! I wouldnt eat just the skin ever, but I never skin mine! And trust me, even though I am a bigger person, I am known as Monk from the TV show when it comes to food...so if I do it....it must be fine:thumb_up:

    I always peel kiwis--You are not supposed to eat their skins. Sorry I wasn't here last night.

    I use them as a steak rub I cut them in half and rub a steak and then age that for a week or so and man it will melt in your mouth a great meat tenderizer enzyme is in a Kiwi fruit .

    why, are they bad? ohh well, its too late now

    does that affect the taste? i dont know how well those flavors would taste together ;D

    Try it you'll never do it any other way again just makes it taste better I will melt almost , I never thought that a pork roast would tke good cooked in Orange juice till I did it last week ..
