Otty do either of you have a table saw ? and if so a fine blade . The overflows are a bit to tall . They will have to be cut off a tad. I just use a table say to rip the acrylic and a Rip gate or guid.

Just take a candle and wax the line to be cut and then a line of 3&1 or light motor oil to keep acrtylic cool for a really smooth cut and not burring. then 45 Deg the corner edges like I had the bottom already that aloows for a tight seal where the walls of the tank meets the bottem panel ..

I can't even recall what size tank I made them for now .. Last one was in the Jig when I had that lady to hit me head on in that auto accidient several yrs ago.

Well since KOgle has not came into the 20th century yet and got a computer for his house I will update you on the progress we made last night.

Hip, hip hurray....the tank was not tempered. :clapping: We got started late last night and got 4 holes in the tank drilled with no problem. He was amazed at how easy it was. First one took close to an hour and the next 3 moved a lot quicker. There is still 6 more to do so hopefully that will get done this weekend.

He is on his way to a reef ready tank and many happy years of enjoyment.
