haha good to see everyone back...even if it's just for a little bit.

 

WOW! I even pulled Roger out of hiding!!! Thanks for the comments. It's been running so well lately I got spoiled and forgot what a pain salt water tanks can be... LOL
How's the little doing? I think Otty and I need to set up a ride to see you guys this next summer.

Wanted to say thanks again for that drum you gave me for the Oceans Motions valve. It's definitely a different sequence than the one I had and I think this one will work better. Karma+

Dude you should have smelled the sulfur when I cranked the closed loop back open. What is it Roger always said? " That smell would knock a buzzard off of a gut wagon!"

 

Well I was going to clean the skimmer today and noticed it wasn't working properly. Pulled it out from under the tank and took it apart. Disassembled the pump and cleaned it but it's still not flowing much water. Guess when it rains it pours.

Ordered a new pump from Premium Aquatics. It should be here Tuesday. I'm without a skimmer until then. I went ahead and swapped out the carbon and Rowa Phos in my two reactors to "take up the slack" for the next two days...

Ain't this hobby fun? ;D

 

I'll be here and if a reef tank is running well that tells me you are keeping the hands out of the water ! Thats the whole key do not try to fix want ain't broke I hate to even put my hands in this one to even cut off a frag when they start top touch I just allow them to work it out But I'll send y'all back with some nice frags My riding days are way way behind me hell even walking normal one's are there also LOL

I peek in on the site time to time but seldom post any longer I just keep what little I know to myself save for arguments and aggravation and anyone here who wants some help knows where to get hold of me

I hope to have this boy trained in a few more yrs then I can just look and point at the tank . And say hey clip that do this LOL

My good buddy Otty took pity on my soul and talked Santa into bringing me a breakout box and a "water on the floor sensor" for the tank. Good guy that Otty! Karma to you my friend for helping me out! ;D

 

Wish Christmas would of come earlier and it was working at the time of the leak. :-/ At least you are prepared for the next ....if any ...leak ;D

You get your alarm modules ordered yet???

Need to take some pictures. Took quite a bit off of Otty the other night since he is tearing his tank down. Hopefully I can give the fish the same environment he has provided for them...
