Built my 180 into the wall

With the help of a few strong backs I built my 180 into the wall. It's still a work in progress but I'll show off some pics anyhow...

Hey good to hear from you! I'm trying to talk Scott into setting something more simple up like a fish only... He is thinking about going back to fresh water. Either way I hope he sets it back up. It was a beautiful set up and the biggest motivator for me to go in wall with a dedicated fish room...

How is Roger and the little one doing?

They're doing great. Atticus keeps Roger on his toes since he's home with him all day so when I get home, it's all me when it comes to keeping the baby entertained

ok that worked. I'll try a few more. The last picture was the basic framing and the base of the new tank stand being attached to the concrete.

Here are a few more of the new stand

I took Otty's advice and built the new stand higher so you don't have to bend over to look at the tank. A few more pictures of the drywall and stand.

Thanks Steve!. It kept me pretty busy for about 5 weeks but it's been well worth it. Even better, the wife loves it. ;D

Here are a few more pictures. I set up a saltwater mixing tank that is gravity fed so along with the auto top off I should never have to pick up another bucket of saltwater for a water change.

The second picture is the old sump fuge mess.
