Koralia EVO 750

I have 2 of them and just started having problems with them starting in the wrong direction. I seem to remember a thread, or multiple threads on here about this issue being fixed with parts from Koralia, but for the life of me I cannot find it via search.

I have sent them an email and am just curious if anyone else has had luck with this or had this issue at all?

 

I know their Customer Service is great...they will get you straightened out. I have a similar problem with a 1400...but I just uplug and replug, and it fixes it everytime.

 

Yeah, I thought my flow was weird for a couple days... I didn't notice last time I fed that they both came on backwards. I didn't really notice this time until I had a sheet of nori stuck to the front of the powerhead.

I should add, I love these powerheads and am in no way trying to trash the company. I am sure their customer service is fantastic, just looking for others experiences.

 

They will send you new bushings for free. Since you already emailed them, you should receive them within a week. I had the same problem, and the new bushings took care of it.

Email them and they will send you the new bushings without any hassles. They don't even ask you for proof of purchase.
