    The difference in the two computers is not necessarily because one is better than the other. Well, it is, but not simply because of the brand. It has to do with the guts of the computer. i.e. video/graphics card & ram as the main things, specifically for gaming. Gaming is hard on computers & will cause them to overheat if the computer can't handle it. WOW has complex "components", I guess you could say, which is why it is hard on computers.

    If you want a good gaming laptop, I'd go with an Alienware. It's what they are built for.

    I like lenevo laptops, such as the thinkpad. they are extremely reliable and hi quality but still cheaper then a mac.

    The Thinkpad is pretty sweet. Especially when it comes to artwork. HP has their own version, but I forget what they call it.
