large bioload?

    I use "Instant Ocean" salt mix. Is that any good. its nitrate and phosphate free.
    We plan on atleast a 10% WC and weekly cleanings of filter materials.

    Whats a good quality flake food that will be eaten by a bristletooth tang? and others

    Chemically, I don't know the difference between them, I just know I see the difference from when I switched. The reaction on my tank was much improved in short time. This is the one I use. Can get it at any pet/water pet shop.
