    what is the effect for violet colors to coral growth?
    or just for decoration?8)

    For both, IMO, anytime you can add a full light spectrum, its not going to hurt. On your tank I'd do 36(6 cyan, 8 blues, 22 rbs), 12 whites( 8cws, 4nws) then add about 8 uvs/violets

    Yeah the biocubes tank is a testimony to what a DIY LED build can be, and how beautiful a tank can be and customizable on a minute by minute basis. Truly nothing a economically viable system can do. Unless the radions are considered economical.
