    I have a JBJ picotope aquarium and am looking to upgrade the stock 9W lamp. I am thinking of purchasing this led light (link below) and putting it on some heatsink and using it as the sole light for the tank, because I want to use the stock lamp on my refugium. I am not a lighting expert, so I was wondering if this led would be enough lighting, or too much. If anyone can answer this could you explain what you used to determine if it was enough, please? That way I don't need to keep asking you guys and can figure it out myself.
