    after i posted a thread on LEDs from aquatrader asking about them, i didnt get much response. i read threads on cree, reefbreeders, and another dont know. id like to know what LEDs every1 is using and whats so special about it. i saw some for $140 up to $200 and they looked the same. how many would i need for a 55g mostly zoas, lps but wanting to get into some sps. i think i know what i want to buy but really wanta be sure b4 i do. thank you for your input.

    Reefbreeders or any 55x3w chinese light with multiple color whites, royal blues, some reds, and some violets are all you need. Get 2 of them.

    Or you could just go with a fixture like the Maxspect R420r.

    i have one over my 75 and my tank looks great! turned it up 2 fast tho and kinda bleached my encrusting montipora...derrr! but guess that just shows how strong the light is! best bang for your buck if your going led. 2 year warranty! and 3reef sponsored!
