lees protein skimmer help

    i got the lees protein skimmer today i also bought a aqua culture pump rated for 20-60 gallon aquarium dual line so my downward flow and upward flow is hooked up to this pump. I have my water level at the right line but it isnt making enough foam to even go to the foam line so of course nothing is going in my cup its no where close to the cup.

    so do you tink the pump isnt big enough for the skimmer or what? oh and i am in my cycle process now but do have some foam on the side of my tank in spot so there for i thought it was ok to hook it up now

    you have to adjust the outlet flow of the skimmer
