Luna,...what kind of corals do you think I can start out with? This is the part I've been waiting for.

I know that you have T-5's, but what is the wattage? I'm asuming that you have 2 daylight and 2 actinics.....right? What is the depth of your tank? I dont remember if a 75g is 20" or 24" depth.

Softies of all sorts... LPS, but be careful of favids, they do not like sudden increases of light... SPS you can keep with flow and water quality requirements met. I would bet with good lamps you could get SPS 2/3 down that tank... Start with montis, and birdsnest about halfway or so down the tank... You can start them higher up but Orange monti caps like to turn pastelly under too much white/blue T5 light at first.... They eventually color back up but I have noticed that.Digitatas are fast growers that are easy and will do well. Start there then work to A. valida, and others like A. yongei or other stags....Good luck and congrats!

    Yes,..that's correct. 3 10k whites and 3 460nm actinics. 6x54 = 324 watts

Congrats... finally finding a good light is the key to reefkeeping.
One of the hardest and most expensive decisions

Then yes, I agree with Mr. Dr. Frag. Zoas, shrooms, polyps, hammers, frogsprawns, tourches, xenias, candy canes and other softies. As for LPS and stonies, I would wait a while before getting into them and when you do, your gonna have to place them high.
