The key for me is he is local and does about 100 Ebay sales a week. I put in $5 bids on everything and what I win I win. If it's something I don't want I sell it for $7.50 a frag at a LFS. Never seem to leave his shop without free frags or getting upgraded to colones either. Awesome guy.

Our local fish store sells frags for $4-$6 no matter what they are and every full size coral is $38.99 or 3 for $100. They also give you 20% off if you bring in something, even if its just a tiny frag. We had a coupon from earlier in the week and ended up getting a galaxia frag and a 5-6" pink plate coral today for $32.

When we used to have an LFS, they had Koralia 1's for $69.99 each ;) Their livestock prices were good though.

Livestock is the key for local places IMO. Anything that doesn't need to be shipped overnight I usually pick up online anyway.

Ouch! Clearly a huge rip off. I can plainly see in the picture that your skimmer has brass zippers on it. Better replace them with plastic before you install it.

Can you put up the link to the article you wrote about reefing in foreign lands? at least I think it was you that wrote it.
