light bulb change

    if the frogspawn and the hammer in you sig are the only 2 corals
    your in luck

    change the lamps on a day you will be home all the time
    watch the corals after a few hours
    if they show signs of retracting - turn off the lights
    if not run them the normal amount of hours you did before

    LPS corals can tell you they have had enough light, by deflating thus expossing less flesh to the light

    with PC lamps, its possible the upgrade to new lamps, will not make any difference to them
    but always worth monitoring if possible when making the change
