i am looking at my different options for my 90 corner tank lighting. One is $100 for a 150Watt metal halide system with two T5's, would this be enough for my tank or i have the option for $170 for a 250Watt metal halide system with 2 65watt power compact.

I would spend the extra 70 and get the power. How is the tank shaped? How tall is it?

You are finding MH/T5 combos for THAT cheap??? I would be leery... what is the brand?

With corner tanks you have limited lighting options, I would stick with a Pendant/t5 combo. Whats the height of the tank? I would do AT LEAST 175w with 250 being preferred.

Be leery of the Odysea esp MH, they have the WORST rep for cheap wiring, shorts and fires.... There are many q's on this site as well as others in regards to the cheap and IME crappy Aquatrader lights!

Really depends on what type of coral you are going to keep. I have odyssea but if you are going to keep sps corals you would probably want to replace ballast n bulbs. 150 vs 250 depends on depth.
