    I just got this lighting system - 30 INCH 4X24 WATT AQUATICLIFE T5 HO LIGHT FIXTURE W/ 2 LUNAR LEDS with the timer. What kind of lighting cycles should i use? Fish only right now, but i will be getting coral soon enough.

    Usually, people run the daylights for 8-10 hours, the actinics for an hour before the daylights turn on and an hour after the daylights turn off, and the lunar leds when the actinics are off.
