Lighting Driver Identification?

Hi,

i have purchased an xpressDIY fixture used, with RGB 3w LED bulbs. it is 24" long, and comes with a RF remote to control color and intensity of the LEDS.

I am looking to control this with an APEX VDM module, but before i purchase the module, i can't tell if/how i could utilize this controller.

the seller mentioned in passing that it is an HP driver.. but i really don't know what that means. This is the actual product:

anyone able to point me in the right Direction?

Also, I am making an assumption, but can you drive a pump AND a light off the same VDM module? It shouldn't matter, as long as it is programed properly, yes?
