    I would like to use Halimeda in my Mantis tank upgrade I will be doing soon and was wondering what kind of light requirement this plant has? I have being looking for information but so far I have just found a site that lists as moderate (what does this translate into?).

    Reefcleaners site says that it will grow in 2 watts per gallon but does best under 4 watts. Hope that helps

    That is helpful, I was hoping it would be relatively low wattage, I understand Mantis are not crazy about overly bright tanks. k+
