would the stock lighting in my bc14 be sufficient to keep hammer coral and possibly frogspawn?

What is the lighting in your tank? My guess would be very questionable, but we will need to what type of lighting you have before we can give an answer.

Biocubes typically have PC lighting at least. If so, hammers and frogspawn, as well as most lps don't require a lot of light. PC's will grow lps just fine.

PC's are usually sufficient for hammers. I once had one under Mh's and that didn't turn out well:p

I had to move my hammer and frogspawn to the bottom of tank under a rock for shade... my T5's are just too much for them...

yea its pc, 1- 24w 10000k, and 1- 24w true actinic 03. i was assuming if i can put them in they would need to be close to the top for the best results with that setup.
