I have just started my new reef build. This will be my first attempt at it and for now all seems to be going really well. I have to say I am completely light illiterate (is that how u spell it) anyhow. I have from what i can understand a coralife hood, it has two sets of white bulbs and two sets of blue, also it has a few LEDs in it. My question is, is this a decent light for coral and a community tank. will the light be sufficent to grow corals. And should i upgrade my lighting or will using the one i have work ok. Thanks maybe someone could help me shed some light on this situation lol. Yea my comedy is a bit rusty....

Great coral growing fixture there. No changes needed except maybe new t5 lamps (bulbs)

That will be fine. You will want to change out the bulbs if that is a used light fixture very soon. If it is new then in about 3 months you will want to change out bulbs. I suggest getting 2 ATI Blue Plus, and 1 each of ATI Aquablue Special and Purple Plus for replacements.
