First I am NOT an electrician so be real EASY when you explain stuff to me.... I have a Reef Odyssea 48" Quad Compact (fluorescent fixture) with 65 Watt bulbs - (2) 12,000K daylight and (2) 03 true actinic, with moon lights. I was having a little trouble with my anemone earlier and someone suggested that it may be the lighting.... am I ok with what I got? Can't really afford to go out and buy another fancy light.... What is the difference with 65 watt and 96 watt, should I be using 50/50? I looked up and down the posts and really couldn't find anything to answer my questions.....Thanks for your patience.

Basically what people are saying is that it is very hard to keep an anemone under power compacts. Most will suggest T5 fluorescent, metal halide, or a combination of MH+PC, MH+T5, etc. That being said, my sebae was "ok" under PC's at a depth of 18". I say "ok" in quotes, because it really wasn't that healthy but I didn't realize until I upgraded to metal halide+power compacts.
All in all anemones can be rather sensitive, so its best to start with the basics-
    What are you water parameters?
how long have you had the anemone?
    how old is the tank?
what size tank with what sort of filtration?
is it floating around or has it anchored (if it's floating you may want to change the water flow)?
