    +1, It will cover just about all bases.. I run the nova extreme ballast and Ive yet to have any issues... My only recommendation would be too change out the bulbs that come with them to like UVL or similar brands a little down the road... there are quite a few top brands and im sure everyone will have an opinion, just skip the cheap stuff... Not a hobby to cut corners... Take it slow and invest in sufficient equipment!
