    That is a Frogspawn. Not an SPS. It is an LPS, a very nice one though.

    If you linked a picture of what I think you referred to as an SPS, it's really an LPS.

    Yup you should go for a minimum 4 bulb fixture on a 55gal.

    if you already have a 2bulb fixture, get another and put them on timers. if you decide on more demanding LPS or low demand SPS (there are a few) you can always add a 3rd 2bulb fixture. this would also give you a nice dawn-day-dusk rotation that you corals would appreciate.

    okay so its a frog spawn are they tempermental how aggressive and is a blue spectrum good and his polyps stay sorta short like a bush right

    what bulbs shoul i get for dawn( ) day ( ) dusk i have a t5 set up sorry lights are very confusing to me lol

    You already have your dusk/dawn lights as both of these bulbs are "blue". If you get another Glo fixture, I would use an Aqua Blue plus and a 10,000k in it. I have the Glo fixture and 2 Panorama LED modules. You would need a canopy or half canopy if you wanted to use the modules.

    then run the dawn in the morning switch it to the daytime then to the dusk and then switch to moonlight i have 4 moonlight blues the led ones can i buy a canopy or build one myself

    You could make it yourself if you do your homework. I went to LFS and saw how theirs were on the same size tank as mine. I decided on a half caopy because the Glo has height adjustments and I like utilizing that. Here are some pics to help;
