Lionfish food

I would try to stop with the freshwater fish as it can be bad for the lion. We had two volitans before we sold our other tank and if you stay dedicated enough you can basically get them to eat about anything. Ours were eating pellets, flakes, even lettuce between specific feedings. We also had ours on freeze dried jumbo krill with no lockjaw problems for over a year, but I guess different fish are affected differently. Once ours learned what silversides were I stopped having to wiggle the pieces of fish around as they would just come up and eat as soon as the silversides were dropped in the water. Ghost shrimp are fun to feed every so often as well
