    Hes was going to the 100g... he's still in a grow out tank. Since we just moved he'll now be going to a 210g.

    The tank size choice was not because of him, but because of his flatmates.

    gotcha, well if I get a 55g would that be a good grow out tank for a antennata?

    It's tight, so be careful about stocking. Did you have ideas for tankmates?

    Buy it small (but not too crazy small). It's sad to say, but we are failing in the nutrition department and a lot of fish don't grow to their full potential in our care. A lot of times the one that came from the ocean as an adult will be bigger than the one grown in captivity.

    You'll have to be extra careful of tank maintenance. The smaller the tank, the riskier it is. Shoo the lion to the side of the tank where you can use your dominant hand and still be facing him. Do NOT turn your back on him.

    EDIT: Oh, I just reread your question. I answered as if the 55g was to be the permanent tank.... but I think it still answers the question?

    Yea I know, they can be dangerous. I will have one side open without rock and one side full of it. Only ideas I have to far are an eel, Blue spotted puffer, the lion, and i dont know what else. Any ideas?

    So I found a 55 for very cheap so im probably picking it up monday!
