I was looking closely at the tank this weekend, saw numerous very very tiny bright pinkish/red spot guys moving around in the sand. Any idea what they may be?

Sorry no pics, dunno if they would come out anyway. These guys are literally as tiny as fine grains of sand.

No, not flat worms. Although I have seen a couple in my refugium.

That is a possibility, I have added several bottles of tiger pods, but I can't say for sure. They are so tiny I can't make out anything about them even with a magnifying glass, but I know they are living as they are moving.

If you added tiger pods, I would be pretty certain thats what they are.

I know this is an old post, but these guys are still in the tank and I still have no idea what they are. They are quite numerous, but I wouldn't say they have taken over. I was able to get this close up of them, anyone know what they are? Thanks!
