    How long will live rock last in a bucket with a little bit of salt water wrapped in newspaper?

    I've actually seen a video of the DIY sump guy... I can't remember his name. But he was in the philipines walking around on a coral reef! YES!! Walking!!
    The tide was low, exposing all this corals and rock to the scorching sun and strong winds and he said "So, now that you see this, don't worry too much if your rock stays out of your tank for a long time"

    So... don't freak if your coral/LR stays out that long. It seems to pull through.

    just put the lr in a 5 gallon bucket filled with saltwater, a pump, and a heater
