On 4/3/10 I transferred 4 Bartlett's anthias to my DT. (one earlier died in qt). After the first night, one disappeared. I never found the body, but assumed that she had not survived the transition and my cuc had eaten her behind the rockwork.

Then today...I was adjusting one of my overflows, when I saw a yellow flash. Yep, it was her!!! 6+ weeks of lost in the overflow!!!

I know I'm not the only one with a story like this, but it's still exciting!

:cry:i actually kept my yellow back damsel in my 4 gallon OF it was great cause i did not have to get rid of him or trade him back to my LFS and he got all the small particals of food the others in the DT missed, but sadly he ended up in the pipe and was beaten to the point he did not make it.

I once had a orange back fairy wrasse make it into my overflow, thru the megaflow tube, in and out of filter sock, and finally end up in the sump. I was outta town and it stayed there for 2 months.
