Lps?

    Is 6.5 watts per gallon (power compact) enough for lsp corals??? thanks.

    Yes, if you target feed them too periodically.

    i would say yes too as long as there placed high in the tank(if its deeper then 12 inches)

    Some species of LPS are more hardy than others, so be careful!!!!! Plus, their is more to maintaining LPS than just Lighting!
    Goniopora and Alveopora for examples are not very hardy, where as Euphyllia species, Bubble and Fungia corals are rather hardy!

    I #1 that..

    There's alot you can keep, and some you can't.. As always pick corals, that your
    tank, lighting, etc is set up for.. And the time you can set aside to care/feed, etc..

    how a bout a tank size and lighting fixture?? I had a 55 gallon with 4 x 65watt pc and grew just about every kind of lps you can think of with some periodic feeding.

    yea its a standard ten gallon with a 24 inch 1x65 Watt Current USA PowerCompact Single Satellite Fixture

    it is 50/50 (10,000 k and 460nm)

    I think you are fine with most lps. The only problem with putting lps in a tank that small is the fact that most lps have pretty long sweepers and you don't have a lot of room in that tank to keep them separated.
